Thank you for your product purchase! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and to ensure you are, please make sure you have had your esthetics professional assess your skin and/or wellness condition and walk you through the proper use and contraindications of your product purchase. If for any reason you did not receive an assessment or consultation please let us know.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and are reviewed by management prior to any credit or exchange of product. If a return is approved product must be in its original state as they were on the day purchased, unopened, and include the gift with purchase when applicable.
Within six (6) months of purchase, Accounts can return products for credit for approved reasons, including but not limited to, defective or damaged products or adverse reactions.
Returns will not be accepted for Osmosis Beauty Wellness Supplements and Elixirs, empty containers, improper use of products, expired products, or buyer's remorse.
All Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Approved refunds may be subject to a 5% service fee.
Missing/damaged products in each order must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
